The Board of Directors of Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 148 (the “District”) has adopted the following Administration Building Usage Agreement to allow use of the Administration Building by customers of the District and the general public so that space not in use by the District can continue to serve a public purpose. All users must comply with the policies outlined here within.
